More model of 3G Phones will be launch locally. The prices of most 3G handsets are expected to range between RM1,500 and RM3,000.
Maxisâ???? 3G network is already operational, with about 300 base stations covering areas such as Putrajaya, Subang Jaya, Technology Park Malaysia, KL International Airport and Cyberjaya, according to company officials. And Celcomâ????s 3G service will cover areas in the Klang Valley, Penang, Malacca, Johor Baru, and Kulim Hi-Tech Park and Sungai Petani in Kedah.
