Being a left hand have some props and also have its cons. If you are a left hand person you will understand what I am saying. Writing with pencils causes stains on your hand because your hand actually goes over what you have written.

Lucky I have no problem with keyboard and mouse but I can see that some people in cyber cafe who are using their left hand to control the mouse. But not to worry, there is left handed keyboard and mouse out there.

According to Wikipedia, there is only approximately 10-13% of the population is left handers

Note:

A common belief exists to suggest that left-handed people are more intelligent or creative than right-handed people; yet the theory is largely unfounded. However, IQ results in right-handed test subjects have demonstrated an even distribution throughout a given population, whilst left-handed test subjects cluster at the extreme ends of the intelligence scale.

Student Jailed for Robbing another Player’s Item, Online.

A Chinese exchange student was arrested in Japan last week for using bots to run virtual stick-ups in the Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle online game, stealing items from players then reselling them on eBay.

Police in Kagawa prefecture, on the island of Shikoku, arrested the student, the Mainichi Daily News reported. He used game bots — automated characters that have been tweaked — to beat up and rob other players’ characters, said police.

The items, which could have included Lineage II staples such as the “Earring of Wisdom” or the “Shield of Nightmare,” were then fenced on e-auction sites, claimed NCsoft, the Korean maker of Lineage II. Players of the game noted on message boards that the items had appeared on eBay.

I remember reading TheStar InTech about a gamer in China reported to police when other gamer sold his item, but the police laught and then the gamer went to kill the gamer who stole his item. People are getting over addicted to game. Anyway there is Gamer Clinic in China.

How high is your handphone radiation?

1

I was thinking about usage handphone will affect us in the future as we are now using handphone at a younger age, and will be exposed to this sort of radiation forever as long as we can hear. I found this article by CNET staff that shows the radiation level of almost every well name handphone brand (mostly based on US brand, but most model are there).

Handphone Radiation Readings

According to the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA), SAR or specific absorption rate is “a way of measuring the quantity of radiofrequency (RF) energy that is absorbed by the body.” For a phone to pass FCC certification, that phone’s maximum SAR level must be less than 1.6W/kg (watts per kilogram). In Europe, the level is capped at 2W/kg. The SAR level listed in our chart represents the maximum SAR level with the phone next to the ear, a level obtained through required FCC tests.

It’s important to note that in publishing this list are we in no way implying that cell phone use is or isn’t harmful to your health. While research abounds and some tests have shown that cell phone radiofrequency (RF) could accelerate cancer in laboratory animals, the studies have not been replicated. Cell phones can affect internal pacemakers, but there is not conclusive or demonstrated evidence that they cause adverse health affects in humans. So in short, the jury is still out, research is ongoing, and we will continue to monitor its results.

iPod

This person stole an iPod from Adrian Smith, manager at the Nottingham-based Apple reseller. It was stold from his car and the criminal walked into KRCS later seeking for cable.

Smith told Macworld: “I immediately recognized it. I told the bloke I????d have to try different cables, and when I plugged the iPod into the Macintosh it came up as ‘Adrian????s iPod’ straight away.”

A quick-thinking Smith told the ‘customer’ he????d have to check the iPod further, and while fellow staff-member Iain McKechnie kept the thief talking, Smith called the police, who recognized the description Adrian gave of the man and responded instantly.

An arrest was made on the spot, with Nottingham city police congratulating Adrian on his instant recognition of his own property and prompt reactions.

haha…what a luck for the thief and Adrian Smith.

Panasonic 65 inch Plasma TV

How big can a TV gets? As big as a cinema? I think this is every person dream, to own a freaking big plasma TV and maybe a popcorn machine beside.

Thursday it will start selling a high-definition 65-inch plasma television in Japan from November 1 for less than 1 million yen(RM34,298.06).

The price undercuts Matsushita’s current 65-inch plasma TV, which sells for about 1.7 million yen (RM58,306.70), and a recently introduced 65-inch liquid crystal display TV launched by rival Sharp Corp (6753.T: Quote, Profile, Research) with a suggested retail price of 1.68 million yen.

I guess the price have dropped significantly, but do they know that it is still EXPENSIVE!
