The Author of this blog made this bookmarklet for Google Reader. Tried it on IE and FireFox with Wordpress, it works just great.

Just bookmark this link “�?????Reader”

Then login into you google account.

Surf your favourite blog, click on the bookmark/favourite when you wants to subscribe it to you Google Reader.
