Another Malaysia Dota Server

Posted under General

Sendi Mutiara Multimedia is an exclusive distributor in Malaysia for some PC Games software. They represent Vivendi Universal Publishing® and Blizzard Entertainment in Malaysia. Which of course, they own distribution right to Blizzard’s famous Warcraft III.

Currently they are operating a so-called legal Malaysia dota server.  First thing grab my eyesight is the tournament with RM500 bucks. Although it is not a big sum, free tournament is kinda fun to play. Too bad I was slow.

I am not sure how would they continue with people using CD Key who are invalid. Anyhow, they still do not have enough momentum to get it running yet. I am still sticking with Blueserver, whereby they are in need of help currently.

Lack of people giving out stuff

Posted under Website

When I was schooling in US, using a online classifieds, I manage to get a 17″ monitor from a total stranger. Which was very cool. How come? This person is moving and he doesn’t want to bring it along. Therefore he posted it in this classifieds, and so happen I was surfing the website. It was less then 10mins drive from my house. Came back home 20mins later with a 17″ monitor. Before I came back to Malaysia for good, I gave out even more as I am unable to move most stuff. Here is the stuff that I remember:-

17″ monitor
Plastic Shelf (some plastic and could stack more to make them higher)
Hangers
Some of Surgical Mask I had

I just left my address, and left the whole pack of junk in front my house. What you know, after I came back from some grocery shopping, it was gone. A girl even came by asking if I still have the hangers.

What I usually see listed are like broken television (if you could fix them, it is free), broken stereo system, dirt (weird), carton boxes (for moving, I got some free too), some furniture (futon, sofa, bed etc) and there is lotsa weird stuff, but I guess it will definitely be useful for someone out there.

Don’t keep the junk in your house. Give them out! Someone out there will have a better use rather than keeping stuff in your storeroom and collecting dust. Donate your junk.

Blueserver Need Help

Posted under News

This was actually posted by commenters in my blog from my previous posts on Blueserver, where I am playing my Dota games.

Donate to help us continue running the community…

First of all, a very big thank you and gratitude from the bottom of my heart to all the users out there that keep supporting us, despite all the ups and downs we have been through, and thus making the dream “Where all real gamers meet” comes true.

Once again, the obstacle Blueserver is currently facing, is in need of everyone’s support. It is sad that we have to resort to this donate solution, but to be honest, the server can no longer support the mass amounts of players in Blueserver anymore, at least, not with the financial status we are having now. It is a great burden to us to host such a huge server, while maintaining it with incomes from the advertisements, albeit little and most of the time, the cost is paid by Megablue himself. This situation has been going on for almost half a year, and Megablue can no longer support it, causing the server on a sudden close-down next month, unless the fees are paid.

Even if every single player in the server donates a mere RM1, it is already a big help to us and it is highly appreciated. Of course, rewards will be given to donors to show our deep gratitude. It may sound little, but it’s the best we can offer.

For donors donate Rm100 and above;
1) Blueserver domain email ( yourname@blueserver.org cool huh?)
2) Permanent Operator Authority on channel of your choice (non-Blueserver channel only and must not be occupied by other players)
3) Credits on Donor List
4) Privillege of a forum tag and signature as a token of appreciation.

For other donors;
1) Credits on Donor List
2) Privilege of a forum tag and signature as a token of appreciation.

P/S: All of the rewards above are optional you can choose to the rewards you’re not needed.
All donations are to be sent to(please include your username and real name also if you wish to be listed):
