- Write your topic accurately - This is the first view on the advertisements, if they do not click, they will not see your content or even bother contacting you.

- Bad Example: House for Rent
- Post picture if you have them, it is good for you to let the potential buyer have a look at what they would like to buy. This is to prevent the waste of buyer’s time and your time.
