There is only 4 120px x 120px banner available to advertise at Syiok.com. It only cost you RM2.00/day to advertise. This is actually a lot lower that what I earn with other advertisements monthly. This rate will definitely increase in the future.
Terms and condition:
- Any advertisement for illegal/warez/gambling/porn website will be rejected.
- Minimum advertisement period is 30days.
- Payment will be done via Maybank transfer.
- I reserve the right to remove customer advertisemens and payment will be refunded pro-rated.

I have posted a few property for rent and it seems that the reply from Syiok.Com is not bad. After a few days, I have email asking for some of the properties.

Syiok.com have some down turn when I was switching between the old template and the new ones. Currently it is averaging about 500 to 600 users and high 4k pageviews.
With the support of the current 3000 registered users, I believe there will be more to come. It will be easier to sell item here.

I have created 2 new category for Shop Lots for Sale and Shop Lots for Rent as I believe this is a big market with so many shop lots building each month.
Just take a look at Bukit Tinggi, Klang, you will know what I mean.
