Tuition is a great side income for those who have a degree / diploma from any universities / college. Due to the fact that our living cost increases so fast that, even our yearly pay increase do not cover the cost of living in Malaysia. You may even discover that some of you are talented to become a teacher. Tuition could also be grown into a profitable business in the long run.

If you have a broken TV liying in your storeroom. Why not try and sell it or giving it out for free so that it will buy you some extra space. Someone out there may want to experiment/learn how the TV works. This is a good opportunity for some student / explorer to dismental the Electronics to learn.

I feel that a lot of Malaysian are keeping junk and loves them. It is time for your to give them to those who need them. Something which are junk in value to you may turn out to be very valuable to others.
For example, used carton could be given out to those who are planing to move. You will just think of recycling it and get few puny littly cents out of it, and in return, they will recycle and produce some recycle paper out of the cartons. If it is still usable, you could actually give them to someone else who are moving. I am guess that there is definately someone moving each and everyday.

I belief this would catch trend once we have someone / student to get the ball rolling. Someone need to start, eventhough you may not sell the book, there is chance that in the long run, you will be able to sell more of other books using Syiok dotCom.
Selling Text Book is still new and should be encourage. If you have finished the semester and the text book, sometimes is your elective subject, therefore not being useful keeping them on your shelf. It is ideal for your to sell them and use it to buy your new book for the next semester.
